Can residents come and go as they want?

Of course! You are able to come and go at your own discretion.

Can my family come and enjoy happy hour or the BBQ with me?

Absolutely. Have them come and we’ll all enjoy happy hour together! By the way, families are always invited to join for meals too.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed – you can have one total pet apartment with a 30 pound limit.

What does the monthly leasing fee include?

The monthly leasing fee includes one housekeeping visit per week, three meals a day and specified assistance as outlined in your individualized health service plan at the time of admission.

Do I have to have a license to fish in the pond?

Nope! The Suites of Ankeny is a private property so anyone can fish anytime they want – including your grandchildren and children.

Is there an additional cost if my spouse lives with me?

Each additional tenant is just an additional $1,000 per month.
